You have embarked on a journey to claim all the good things your Creator has for you. Let's do this!

Here's how the Insider will help:

Each Sunday, I'm going to drop into your inbox and share a Deep Thought and Takeaways. These are designed to catapult you into the career (and life) of your dreams.

Deep Thought

Wanting more (or something else) doesn't make you an ungrateful person.

If you have ever been shamed or admonished for wanting more, this message is for you.

As a Christian, the Good Book says that God has plans for your elevation.

'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future. '” — Jeremiah 29:11

Yet, so many of people sit in the confines of lack and never venture out to see what better things are out there for them.

Why is that?

For many believers, church culture tells you to be grateful for what you have and to not "complain."

As a womxn, society labels you as demanding, disgruntled, high-maintenance, a b*tch, if you even dare to ask for the same things freely given to your male counterparts.

So, we learn to play small. To not ask for much. To put ourselves last. To be grateful for what we have...because it could be worse.

Amirite?

But, what if it could be BETTER?

What if permitting yourself to want more . . .

. . . more life

. . . more love

. . . more abundance

. . . more access

. . . more money

. . . more time

Opened you up to become the best version of yourself that you can be?

Wouldn't it be better to pursue more than to feign contentment?

I think so.

Listen, your BEST life is waiting for you.

You just need to give yourself permission to go after it.

Will you?

Reply "Yes" to this message and let me know you're going for it!

The Leadership Revolt #6 Take action on your concepts of a plan Hello Reader, Do you know the richest place on earth? The graveyard. It's said to be where you find all the hopes and dreams that were never fulfilled. With the recent passing of several icons, I've been thinking a lot more about leaving a legacy. Most of us don't want to think about the inevitable, let alone plan or prepare for it. Me, I'm most of us. We also live as though we have infinite time. We put off our hopes and dreams....

Hello Reader, As we celebrate Labor Day, the legacy of Mary Harris "Mother" Jones, the firebrand labor organizer known as "the most dangerous woman in America," reminds us of the ongoing struggle for workers' rights. Her fearless advocacy along with other women like Emma Tenayuca, Dorothy Bolden, Nannie Helen Burroughs, and Sue Ko Lee laid the foundation for the modern labor movement, inspiring us to protect workers as AI and automation...
